Putting things into perspective

A gunman has killed at least twenty, probably more than thirty students at Virginia Tech.

I could write a lot about how this or that thing might be to blame for this, but it doesn't matter right now. That's for a different day. Right now we can just shred tears for the young lives that have been so suddently ended in such a meaningless way.

Everything else doesn't seem to matter.
